Actually seek professional help

Anorexia is a mental illness that affects the physical body. It is most likely caused by some sort of emotional physical or sexual abuse. That's why it is very important to know your triggers and to talk to someone professional.

Conduct a meal plan. I made one. Now this meal plan doesn't have a number of cals. It's your job to decide that. The recommended amount if you're recovering is 1500 a day

Before you start freaking out. “Where are the calorie numbers” i've made it to where i've put a food group down. This is based off of my personal life and my scedule. But if you feel like a change is in order you can always use mine as a template.

just save it as a separate file to your computer and open it in word or google docs

But i typically eat meat once or none a day. ( i'm trying to go full vegan) so if you need more protein you can take vitamins or eat meat.

Those will trigger you backinto terrible eating habbits

One thing i dont like is when anorexia is depiced in the media as a super skinny girl
they dont know its a day to day mental and physical struggle.
