Do you feel like the world is moving too fast and is leaving you behind? Do you feel like there's so much to do and no time at all? Do you feel like stoping time or at least slow it down? Believe me your not the only one. I struggle with this questions every single day, maybe is college or maybe is just that I'm 19 and have not a clue what I'm doing. But there's always some things that you can do, little changes or activities that help me to feel better and more relax.

BREATH

As the title said sometimes the only thing that help you is breathing. Close your eyes and just breath. Tell yourself (out loud if you want) what a great person you are. Tell yourself how strong, beautiful, brave and intelligent you are and believe it.

QUIT ELECTRONICS

Stop spending so much time in snapchat, Facebook and YouTube and start enjoying the real life. Everyday try to disconnect yourself from technology, even is just for half an hour. Light some candles and read a book or just meditate about your decisions.

TAKE A SHOWER

Who doesn't love showering? There's nothing better that taking a hot shower (or a really cold one). You can put some music and just stay under the water while your organize your thought and ideas. (Just remember to not waste a lot of water, we're trying to save the world)

LAUGH

There's no better medicine that a good laugh. Even if is watching a movie or just listening to the goofy jokes from your friends, laughing always help you to live in the moment and forget about the problem. Laugh until your cry and you will see how all the questions and doubt fade away. Plus laughing burn calories so is a double win.

SPEND TIME WITH YOUR FAMILY

Your family will be always with and for you. Not matter what, they never loose faith in your capacities and abilities. If you live far from home, call your parents, your grandparents or your siblings. Talk about their lives and how everything is going. If your having a problem or need an advise, ask don't be afraid of telling them how you're really feeling and you will see how that can help you.

So this is just a few tips that hopefully will help you! And remember is not about being first or being perfect, the best things takes time.
