I've had naturally curly hair since, well, birth. I'm not talking "wavy when it's wet" hair, I'm saying a good majority of my hair is "ringlets that change directions halfway down the strand" kind of curls. Along with these curls came a serious struggle to find products that both extenuated the curls and eliminated frizz. This was an uphill battle, finding something that actually worked. I still don't think I've found the best product out there, but these are some of the ones that have been at least HELPING control the frizz.

-John Frieda Frizz Ease Curl Reviver Mousse

This product is one I've been using for a while now. It works well for its price (Which I believe is around $5-$6 a bottle). My only complaint is that if too much is used, your curls will turn out more stringy and crunchy looking than bouncy. It's more of a "hold my hair together in heavy wind" product than it is a curl-accentuator sort of product.

-John Frieda Frizz Ease Dream Curls Daily Styling Spray

Despite what it sounds like, this is not a hairspray. It's more of a leave in conditioner, in my opinion. I typically used it before scrunching and it kept the curls from becoming too stiff or crunchy-looking (it also makes your hair super soft).

-Marc Anthony Strictly Curls Curl Defining Lotion

This is the kind of product that's good to use when you want to scrunch your hair or apply product while it's still wet. It doesn't have a gel-like consistency at all; It's more of a creamy, liquidy texture. I personally really like this product because it has a really pleasant lemon smell. But, it can give a stringy-effect when not enough is used. I sometimes have a hard time getting it evenly distributed, and end up with some tame sections of hair and some frizzy ones. You have to use a decent amount of product to really get good coverage.

-Marc Anthony Curls Frizz Sealing Conditioner

Another product from the Marc Anthony Curls line, this conditioner is AMAZING. Every time I used it my hair came out insanely soft with limited frizz, and yes, smelling like lemons. I always got really good results when I used this conditioner, then used the Curl Defining lotion afterwards.

All of these products individually are under $10 and can be found at Walmart, Ulta, and most other places where hair care products are sold.
