Hello everyone and welcome back to my blog .
A lot of people think that when summer ends , there is no reason for them to keep fit and this is totally wrong . That 's why I am writting this article to remind them that they should workout in fall and winter .I am going to give you my favorite exercices this year.

1-SQUATS

I usually do 50 squats everyday

2-CRUNCHES

Start with 30 one , a day, then add every day 5 more

3-BICYCLE CRUNCHES

Start with 20 one , a day then add 10 one, every two days

4-PLANK

5-LYING LEG RAISES

I do 20 one a day

6-STRETCHING

split, yoga, and dance image fitness, girl, and fit image workout, fitness, and motivation image breath, fitness, and flexibility image
Do every stretch for 30 sec then add 10 sec every week

7-YOGA

8- SIT UPS
