This is the first and most important meal of the day. In sweet or salty version, find the formula that will make you leave the bed with envy and great appetite.
I give you one of my favorite recipes

Banana Pancakes, Fresh Fruit and Maple Syrup:
for 4 people
Preparation 15 min. Cooking 20 min

190 g of flour, 3 bananas, 1 bag of baking powder, 1 tablespoon of coconut sugar, 1 vanilla bean, 25 cl almond milk, 5 tablespoons sunflower oil + a little for the pan , fruit and agave syrup to serve

• Take the seeds from the vanilla bean. In a bowl, combine flour, yeast, sugar and vanilla seeds

• In a bowl, mash the bananas with a fork and add the oil and milk, mix. Incorporate into the dry mixture, without insisting too much.

•Heat a frying pan over high heat, lightly oil and pour the dough into small quantities to form pancakes. Once the underside is golden brown, turn them over.

•Taste still hot with fresh fruit and agave syrup.
