We've all been there: lots of stuff to do, but finding ourselves distracted, floundering, procrastinating.. If you are tired of wasting your time, read the tips i Listed below.

1. MAKE A TO-DO LIST. Write down everything you would like to accomplish for the day or week or keep a running list of tasks you need to get done.

2. DON'T OVERSLEEP. Even on the Sundays. Wake up relatively early, in order to be able to accomplish more tasks.

3. REMOVE DISTRACTIONS. You now what I am talking about. Put your phone away, turn off the tv and stay away from food. Do the work first.
