well, basically all kinds of music with most powerful lyrical or musical performance. every song will have an explanation, why i chosed it and what it means for me. all songs are put together in spotify playlist. link in the end.

I. 1979 by Smashing Pumpkins (Mellon Collie And The Infite Sadness)

Why: Every SP song is so nostalgic for some reason. Especially on MCATIS. As song goes on, melody becomes faster and faster leading to heartful and powerful feel. It reminds me of autumn and cold drunken nights. Walking around the city, lights, wind, skateboarding, suburbia.

Meaning: Remembering times with your friends, shit you've done. Being care free and living like time never existed.

II. 100 Letters by Halsey (hopeless foundant kingdom)

Why: Even though it's pretty newish song, I know that many people spent their summer with this song. Reminds me of sitting in my room at night smoking cigarettes, some mistakes I've made, myself. It's like a song you would listen to when you want to explain yourself to others. Lines: I find myself alone at night unless I'm having sex
But he can make me golden if I just showed some respect
But I don't let him touch me anymore
I said, "I'm not something to butter up and taste when you get bored
'Cause I have spent too many nights on dirty bathroom floors
To find some peace and quiet right behind a wooden door"...
By using "I" Halsey is connecting with listeners and revealving things about her. Out of all people, I feel Halsey the most.

Meaning: Stepping back in some old times with past lovers, comparing it to your lifestyle now. Reckless and impulsive ideas.

III. Wicked Game by Stone Sour (Come Whatever May)

Why: It's powerful acoustic cover of Chris Isaak's song from 1989. The fact that acoustic guitar dominates through the whole song makes it kinda old school feel and pretty nostalgic. For me, it makes me think about someone I saw 10 minutes ago, finding myself dreaming of them and conversations with my own self about that someone. Nostalgia of something that happened last night, or 2 hours ago.

Meaning: You, you and only you. You are messing with my head, awere of it or not. One of a kind.

IV. Disassociative by Marilyn Manson (Mechenical Animals)

Why: Georgious song, lyrically fantastic. Melody balanced. While listening to it I realise how bad things were or are. I listen to it when I'm being a bit dramatic, but unreal. Feel so so bad I would just jump in the air and disperse in hundreads of pieces.

Meaning: Being stuck, feeling like there's no gravitation, Earth is nothing, just nothing. No control. Seperation from reality. Nervous system is down, like in a computer. Too many questions, but not curious. Sometimes TV fills our minds with blank bullets of misinformation. No wonder why everyone is losing their minds.

V. Boys On The Radio by Hole (Celebrity Skin)

Why: Light, joyful energy rises trough the song. Nothing else to think about but nights crashing the city.

Meaning: Boys, singers on the radio are making your days better, like you get that feel that they just understand you with words they sing. Everything will be alright.
