Day 12: Favorite Childhood Book
Okay I actually have quite a few, although my favorite childhood book would have to be The Cat in the Hat It was one of the first books I ever read and also the hardest book to learn with! But when I got a bit older, in 4th grade I read this really weird and magical book called Once Upon a Marigold by Jean Ferris. This book really kind of messed with me and honestly all I remember is a blur of a troll, a princess, and teeth. If you haven't read this book I suggest it, especially if you have a kid who's in 3rd-5th grade, it's an adorable story.

The Review on Google Books

In the style of The Princess Bride , a hilarious and clever tale follows Christian, who, while spying on the royal family, saves the life of Princess Marigold and falls madly in love with her, but a devious plot devised by her own mother, the Queen, to take over the kingdom threatens to destroy them.

This book is still to this day one of my all time favorites, I hope you or someone you knows gives it a read, it's actually really funny and entertaining, not to mention it's a bit of an odd story that doesn't follow the exact fairy tale style, so I really liked it.

So far I've only gotten one reply so I'm going to extend it past WHI but, for those of you reading, please answer me! I love reading things from people and I love talking to people but I'm very shy and awkward so be prepared.

What does Fall/Autumn mean to you?

Special thanks to: @TypicalGirl48 for being the first and only person so far to reply to my question! I will be posting all the answers I get in a super special article on October 31st so stay tuned!
