-point out an 'imperfection' about yourself and embrace it .nobody is perfect and your flaws are what make you unique
-start stepping out of your comfort zones .for example if there's a dress you think you wouldn't be able to pull it off ,wear it anyway. you'll feel more confident knowing you don't let negative thoughts deceive you
-when you walk ,hold your head up high and stand up straight this gives you a look of security within yourself ,and overall makes you look good
-smile a lot more often ,if you don't already smiling radiates self confidence and you will instantly feel better about yourself
-be bold.if someone says cant cant do something do it anyway
-if you ever feel down about yourself make a list of good things about yourself ,this focuses on more of the positives rather than the negatives
