The changes I vow to make to my body:

-drink at least 2 litres of water a day
-do not seek unhealthy food to eat, find replacement food
-exercise at least 30 minutes (school workouts don't count!)
-wash my skin with exfoliator 2x a week
-use moisturiser every day on face
-exfoliate and moisturise legs daily
-brush hair every night before bed
-read 30 pages of a book per night
-get at least 8-9 hours of sleep each night
