Have you ever wanted to start having healthy habits but you don't really know how to do it?
Maybe you think you're too lazy to start, or that it takes a lot of work to do it... maybe you don't have the motivation to do it.
Here are some tips that will keep you motivated to finally start (and keep up with) those healthy habits!

Have a cute water bottle

Have a cute water bottle to always have with you. This actually helps a lot if you know you don't drink enough water, if you have a cute water bottle that you like it will make you want to use it and drink water.

Invest in work out clothes you really like

If you want to start working out or you already do but are not motivated enough, invest in some work out clothes/trainers you really love. That way you'll want to wear those clothes and therefore you'll want to work out.

Make your own smoothies

You already know smoothies are a healthy way to inclued fruit in your diet. Decoide to make your own smoothies and you'll be more motivated to have them! There are easy recipes and you can also make your own with healthy ingredients chosen by you.

Walk to the places you like to go to

Find a place you like that is not too far from where you live and go there by foot. That way you'll be more pumped to take a walk. You can even invite a friend or someone who's company you enjoy and the walk will be almost effortless but still healthy and good for you!

Take time for yourself

Don't feel guilty to take some time just for yourself and for doing something you enjoy. It is healthy for you. It can be something little like reading, having a relaxing bath or even doing your nails or make up. Do something for you that makes you happy.
