When I'm feeling down, it could be both mental and physical, these are things I like to do to feel better. So I'd thought I'd share them with you!

- Tidy up in your room, just so it looks nice and clean
- Light scented candles
- Wash your face, do the skincare so you can feel fresh
- Meditate, there are great apps for this! I use "Breathe"
- Watch your favorite tv show
- Eat good food, doesn't have to be healthy if you don't want to
- Drink a lot of water
- Read a good book
- Breathe fresh air, this might seem weird but if you don't want to go outside, try and open a window or a balcony door and breathe fresh air!
- Wear clothes that you feel comfortable in
- Put away your phone, not for several days but just for a few hours could be good for you
