Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1tbsp flaxseed
- 1/3 cup blackberries
- 1tbsp honey

How to make: Put the banana with the yogurt and cottage cheese in a blender. Blend well,k then add the honey and the tabelspoon flaxseed. Blend again until you get a thick creamy consistency. Poor it in a bowl and add the blackberries, some banana slices and chia seeds on top. Enjoy!
