Hii guys. Here is a new article about how to become happier. Lately i've been struggling with some problems on my own and i feel like a lot of people don't feel good and happy. So hopefully this will help you a bit in the right direction :)

What really works for me on days when everything feels bad is meditation. It really calms your mind and gives you a moment to just step back from life and relax. I really recommend the app 'headspace', they guide you through your meditation and it's really nice.

Go outside
Nothing is wrong with staying inside for a day, but it's really refreshing to leave the house for a while. Even ten minutes is enough to calm your mind and breathe in fresh air. You can stroll around in the city or go to the nearest forest.

You don't have to spend an hour in the gym or run a marathon, but doing a little bit of exercise can really improve your mood. You can take a walk around the neighborhood or take a short run with a friend. There are so many options. Just do what suits you.

Take some time off
Having a day to do whatever you want can also make you happier. Whether that is painting, watching netflix, reading or baking. You can make a list of activities which improves your mood and pick a few to do.

Pasting a smile on your face, even if you are consciously faking it, can improve your mood and reduce stress. Life's not that bad, even though it feels like it sometimes. There are so many things to do and you can do everything you want. Just remember, you're beautiful.
