I saw someone else do something sort of like this I thought it'd be a good way to get more motivated. Having just one goal a day to get done even if it's something simple, it'll help get into a better routine instead of trying to change everything I do all at once.

- day one: go for a run
- day two: drink 60 ounces of water
-day three: go all day with no dairy
-day four: read a book
-day five: do some yoga
-day six: go all day with no tv or phone
-day seven: go an entire day without getting angry or frustrated
