In my opinion happiness is one of the most precious things in life and we should always seek for it in every situation. Of course, I think that happiness is also connected to how your body is feeling. I'm not going to keep this introduction so long, so in this article you will see some of the habits that I have adopted for a happy & healthy lifestyle.

1.Drink water
Water is very important for us, because we cannot live without it. Our body needs around 2L of water everyday to get hydrated. Also it helps you with weight loss and makes you feel good. You should drink water right after you wake up. And if you want to lose weight, you should drink water before and after each meal.

2.Eat clean foods
Eating healthy might sound like an impossible mission in a world where after every corner you see a fast food restaurant, but believe me it's not and I promise you that if you try you will feel much better and it's totally worth it. You should avoid eating processed foods and sugar from drinks or foods. There are a lot of reasons why you should start eating right and if you want to live a healthy lifestyle you should definitely start with your diet.

Working out may seem a struggle for the most because of the lack of time, because we think we need to go to gym in order to 'workout'. Nope. You can workout wherever you want. Only 30 minutes of working out are enough, you don't have to workout 5 hours a day. Working out makes you feel good and relieves stress.

4.Self care time
Self care is really important for your health and for boost of confidence too. Besides the everyday routine of self care, at the end of the week you should take some time for yourself taking a long bath, watching your show, reading a book, cooking your favorite cake, putting on a face mask and other things you enjoy doing.

5. Positivity
Positivity is the key to a happy life. Seeing the little cute things in life that no one sees makes the difference between a happy and a normal person. Also, sharing positive vibes will bring more people around you. Having friends with a positive mindset will help you get used to this way of thinking.
