Soo, here I am - just got home from the gym, did an awesome workout

(I gotta say, haven't been working out for months; before a break I was doing weights, it's just something I enjoy so much) and something crossed my mind - I wanna write about major changes in my life!

Without further ado, here are the most important decisions that changed my life (for the better, duh):

1. Loving myself

It is so damn easy to let criticism and self-disrespect take over your life. Putting yourself down and feeling sorry for yourself is the worst thing ever!
You gotta realize that no one is going to save your ass! It may sound harsh, but it's true. In fact, why would you even wait for someone or for some kind of miracle? YOU HAVE THE STRENGTH YOU NEED IN YOURSELF! How can someone know you better than YOU???
Give yourself a hand, put all the broken pieces together, one by one, gluing them together, slowly and with love.
Be kind to yourself - OH MY GOD - YOU GOTTA BE KIND AND GENTLE! You gotta love yourself so much that you never, ever beat yourself up for not being what you or others expected. You are a unique soul, no one can do you better than you!

2. Stopped comparing myself to others

This was something that took time... But I've worked on it every single day, and I still do.
All those pictures you see on social networks: fitness models, fashion blogers, celebrities... Don't let them become a standard for your own beauty!
First of all, just because someone else is pretty - doesn't mean that you're not. YOU GOTTA LEARN HOW TO ADMIRE SOMEONE ELSE'S BEAUTY WITHOUT QUESTIONING YOUR OWN!
Second, just because someone else is successful - doesn't mean you will never be. THERE IS ENOUGH OF SUCCESS AND PROSPERITY AND MONEY AND LOVE AND HEALTH AND HAPPINESS FOR ALL OF US! UNIVERSE IS UNLIMITED SOURCE OF EVERYTHING!

3. Working out

CAN I GET AN AMEN???

There are no words enough for me to explain how grateful I am for starting working out!
I put fitness on 3rd place - because I write randomly - but I promise it's sharing 1st place with loving myself.
Why? Because when you go to the gym, you're by yourself. It's you against you. You don't have anyone around that you're maybe trying to impress - just yourself.
When I started working out, the fact that I'm doing this for me - for some reason I made that decision and that by itself is huge step on the way to self love - was a medicine for my broken heart, broken confidence, binge eating, insomnia, being sad...

I had moments when I was lying on the ground in the gym and cry... Just like that. Because some s*it happened to me, I was feeling sorry for myself, dressed in negative thinking (collection: Putting yourself down, by Negative thinking, for Shi*ty life; in collaboration with: Excuses and not having open mind)...
And that's when I realized that I GOTTA LOVE LITTLE, WONDERFUL, SENSITIVE ME SO.MUCH.MORE!

4. Stopped judging and gossiping

Let's be honest, please!
We all gossip sometimes. Some of us gossip as soon as we open our mouth. There are so many things that we don't like and so many things in our lives that we would like to change, but instead of searching for ourselves, we search for the crap in the lives of others'.
Judging and gossiping just moves the focus away, it's just drawing you away from happiness and what's really wrong.
Sometimes it's better and it doesn't hurt that much when we see that someone else is doing bad too. It feeds our Ego and won't let us see what really is going on.
IT'S NOT YOUR LIFE THAT SUCKS, IT'S YOUR THINKING THAT SUCKS

Yes, love yourself more, adore yourself, but please, PLEASE give more love to others. You don't have to love everyone and have same mindset as them, but at least try to understand others and put all the judging in one huge bag and throw it down the toilet.

Think about this: IMAGINE THE WORLD WHERE EVERY WORD YOU SPEAK APPEARS ON YOUR SKIN. Would you be more careful about what you say?

5. Becoming a vegan

I decided to change my diet because of animals.
I can't live my life and participate in cruelty.
I can't eat food that had a face. I can't eat someone's baby. I can't drink someone's mother's' milk. I can't wear someone's skin.
Animals are here with us, not for us. Just because they don't have a voice, doesn't mean they don't feel love, pain and anger. Animals form strong relationship with their family too! They can make friends too! They have a soul! How can I know that, and do something that can take their life away?
