Hey lovelies! I'm going to share my gym workout!

I usually go 3-4 times a week (that's the aim anyway).

warmup:
8 minutes on the cross trainer (interval setting)

glutes and legs:
3 x 12 bar squats
3 x uni leg press

3 x
12 donkey kicks
12 side donkey kicks

3 x12 horizontal hip raises with dumbbell weight

abs:
3x
12 crunches
12 ab twists with medicine ball

3 x
12 vertical hip raises
30 second plank

cool down:
5 minutes on bike
stretch
