Hii guys my name is Kirsten and this is my first article. I'm going to be talking about why exercise is important and give 100 reasons to exercise.

Why is exercise important?
Exercise is one of the most important parts of keeping your body at a healthy weight. Exercise not only keeps your body healthy, but your mind too. When you exercise you release a chemical called endorphins. Endorphins trigger a positive feeling in the body, similar to morphine. In other words, they make you happy.

Disclaimer
I'm not trying to offend anyone by saying that "you don't want to squeeze yourself into a rollercoaster or airplane seat" or "being fit makes everything in life better" etc. But if you are at a point where your weight is affecting your health that is not okay, it is dangerous You can start making better life choices, because everyone is capable of doing this, and be kind to your body. This is the only body you have so give it some love. You can still have foods that aren't healthy or take 1-2 days off a week from exercising and be healthy. Have a great day lovelies!
