I am a very interactive high school, student at least I like to think so. A majority of my classes are college courses, and I participate in over 5 extracurricular activities. I have high-standards for myself, and have set goals that seem nearly impossible, but what keeps my life balanced is organization. Being emotionally, intellectually, and physically organized results in balance.

Tips for being emotionally balanced:

-know your worth/value
-surround yourself with positive influences
-think of the bigger picture of your life
-understand that losing friends is a part of life
-DO NOT ALLOW OTHERS TO AFFECT YOUR MOOD
-focus on you, not on anyone else

Tips for being intellectually balanced:

-focus more on bigger pictures rather than details on topics
-understand that grades do not define your intelligence
-DO NOT COMPARE YOUR INTELLEGENCE TO OTHERS (good or bad)
-discover a will to learn

Tips for being physically balanced:

-come up with a workout plan and stick with it (hold your self accountable)
-eat healthy
-drink plenty of water (64oz. a day)
-get enough sleep (8 hours or more)
