Hello people :)
So I want to say thank you guys so much. My last article has 547 hearts. That's pretty huge for me becouse I didn't think that many people would like to read it. So I'm really greatful.

In tthis article I'm going to write you 5 things you should know about yourself when you're depressed or sad or you feel like you don't belong in the world. I know that feeling and I'm here to help you guys. Enjoy :)

1. YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL!
Never let anyone tells you that you are not becouse you are fuc**ng beautiful. So when you feel down or when someone insults you stand in front of a mirror and tell yourself "I'm beautiful af". Becouse it doesn't matter what anyone else thinks of you if you know who you are and what are you capable of.

2. YOU HAVE YOUR OWN TALENTS!
You know when you're in the class and you have some project to do and you do it and bring it to class and some of your classmates tells you "that's awful"? Well don't let them convince you. Maybe you're not good in art or science but you are good in something else that they suck in. For example: I'm bad at art but awesome in literature. So stop bothering about that sh*t! Maybe you're good in math or geography and that's why you should focus on things that interests you and it'll make you happier.

3. STOP COMPARING WITH OTHERS!
I'm like that. There were times when I would look at other girls and think "I want to be like her". Well I stopped doing that and you should too. Nobody's perfect. But someday you'll find someone who will love you for who you are and you'll be perfect for them. And he/she is never going to compare you with others. You'll be unique for him/her.

4. LISTEN TO MUSIC THAT MAKES YOU HAPPY!
You know what's worse then being sad or depressed? Listening to music that makes you feel even worse. I do that all the time and that sucks. Listen to some music that reminds you of the times when you were happy and you will remember something funny that happened to you and that will make you happier.

5. SURROUND YOURSELF WITH PEOPLE THAT MAKE YOU LAUGH!
When you are surround with positive people they will force you to be more positive and happier. Never lock yourself in a room for a long time. I get it, when you are sad you want to be by yourself. I do that too. But be alone for a little while and then get out and hang out with some friends. You will feel better.
