Today i wanted to share one of the easiest recipes, everyone's favorite cookie, yes! chocolate chips cookies.

INGEDIENTS

 30 servings

2 cups of butter, melted

2 cups of brown sugar

2 cups of granulated sugar

4 large eggs

1 tablespoon of vanilla extract

5 cups of all-purpose flour

4 cups of chocolate chips

PREPARATION

Preheat oven to 375°F/190°C
In a large bowl, whisk together butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar until evenly combined and light in color.
Add in the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
Add the flour and baking soda, folding the mixture (do not mix) until it forms a smooth dough.
Fold the chocolate chips until evenly combined.
Using a ice cream scoop, scoop balls of dough onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper, bake for 12 minutes.
Let it cool for 5 minutes, then serve.
You can save the dough for later. Scoop the cookie dough into balls and place them in a baking tray, side by side, lined with parchment paper. Then wrap the tray with cling wrap then freeze for up to one month. To bake the frozen dough balls, remove desired number from the tray and bake in a preheated oven for 15 minutes at 375°F/190°C.
