♥ The Huda Beauty textured eyeshdow - rose gold edition. Probably THE most hyped eyeshadow palette (after the ABH Modern Renaissance-Another Favorite of mine)

♥ After patiently and desperately waiting an entire year...I finally managed to get my hands on this magnificent palette! It retails at a costly £56.

♥ Before spending the money on it, i did ALOT of research. I'm talking hours and hours of reading reviews and watching tutorials and tying to see just how pigmented and blendable they were.

♥ I'll have to be honest and say that it took me a while to determine whether this palette was worth the money -_and a little convincing from a close friend of mine_- I ordered it online from https://www.cultbeauty.co.uk/
and to my surprise it only took 3 days to arrive!

♥ I couldn't believe it! After a year of waiting and dreaming about it, the moment was finally happening!

♥ (Disclaimer-this review is only my 100% honest opinion as i found the palette itself was amazing but there's always room to improve!)

My Opinion

♥The textured shadows and pressed pearl shadows did not disappoint what so ever! I was in awe of how creamy they were! You can read ans watch as many reviews as you wish but no words can describe how shocked I was when I realised just how smooth and creamy they applied!

A couple of words of advice....the textured shadows will have the best effect and pigment quality when applied with fingers as brushes struggle to pick up the textured shadows!

♥ Now onto the matte shades...there were some shades that were extremely pigmented and had little to no fallout! I use these shades on a regular basis!

♥ On the other hand there were also one or two matte shades that were very very poorly pigmented. I found that the shade Flamingo (pink) had almost no pigment. When swatching it had an average quality texture but when applied using a brush i could barely tell I
had applied anything at all!

♥ Other than that one shade the only other negative I found was there was no mirro, BUT Huda has recently released another eyeshadow palette called Desert Dusk and that palette has a mirror so Huda has taken into account her fans reviews and opinions and used it to improve! (another reason she is one of my idols!)

♥ Overall I still think £56 is slightly overpriced, I think if Huda priced the palette more along the lines of the Modern Renaissance palette (£41)
she would maybe have received even more postive feedback from her customers but I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend to anyone considering to buy it...

♥ Last but not least...photos of the palette and Swatchesss!!
