So, I have been practicing these habits for a long time and they helped me, so I wanted to share them with you.

1. When you wake up in the morning, have a glass of water. It needs to be taken before eating breakfast, because if you drink it when you wake up your intern organs start to work correctly and it helps you to eat less during your breakfast. So now you just need to drink 1.5 lts of water during the rest of your day!

2. Don't procrastinate. When the teachers gives us homework I prefer to do it between classes, but if that homework needs to be done on a computer or it's a project or something like that, I do it when I go home. I'm one of the ones who do their homework on the same day it was given even if it needs to be delivered the next week, Why? Because you have more time later to do whatever you want and you don't have to be stressed for your homework.

3. Excercise 5 days a week. When I started excercicing it was hard, because I wasn't used to do that; but then you get used to it and it has a lot of benefits for you and your body. I feel less stressed, more confident, stronger, healthier, happier, among other things. It's not easy, but it's worth it.

4. Sleep min 8 hours a day. Sleeping well has a lot of benefits for your health and it can even help you to be leaner, because a study prove that when you don't sleep enough the next day you eat more and less healthier. Not having a good sleep can make you have less energy the next day, so you wouldn't do your stuff correctly.

5. Be organized. When you're not being organized you feel way more stressed and anxious, believe me! And you will loose your stuff more.

6. when you're with the ones you love don't use your cellphone often. No one likes to be ignored when talking to others. If you want a strong relationship with the ones around you, don't do that ,because when you're with the phone you don't pay attention to others.
