Anger is an intense emotional response. It is an emotion that involves a strong uncomfortable and hostile response to a perceived provocation, hurt or threat.
Some view anger as an emotion which triggers part of the fight or flight brain response.
Anger is used as a protective mechanism to cover up fear, hurt or sadness.

So it is normal to be angry, but I reather be calm then hurt somebody I care about. Just Thing how you want to be treated... I get angry too but it is a progress to be calm and to be patient.

So better thing befor you say something... You might hurt somebody. And we really don't need more PAIN in this world!
Just because you don't feel great doesn't mean you have to be mean... instead just help yourself and speak with a friend, read ore listen to musik... calm yourself down ...
