HELLO everyone.
I'm here to write about friendship breakups. I personnally think that it's even worse then love breakups. But it's not because it's hard that it is impossible to move on.
This is what I used to feel better after I lost my best friend. It may not work for everyone like it did with me but I'll share it anyway.

1) ALLOW YOURSELF TO BE SAD

It's okay to not feel okay. Take some time for yourself, cry, scream, write in your diary, stay in bed all day, eat chocolate, play with your pet, watch Titanic or the Notebook, whatever you feel like.

2) REFLECT ON THE FRIENDSHIP

Think about the good memories you had and keep them in mind. Be thankful for the memories, and when you remember the past, remember only the good parts so you can feel better.

3) LEARN THE LESSON

In everything that happens there is always a lesson. That's life! accept your mistakes and learn from them, forgive yourself and the other person.

4) LET GO

After you start thinking positive again, allow yourself to let them go. Maybe it was good or even perfect to you but the friendship is over; accept it and LET THEM GO. Move on! It's not the end of the world after all. You survived and you're stronger than you ever been. Smile! there are so much adventure waiting for you to live them! Don't let anybody or anything get in the way of your happiness.
