Drink some water

• Take some fucking sips, babes
• If you are hungry, grab a snack
• Refill your water glass or bottle if needed

Relax!!!

• Do some neck stretches
• Stop holding tension in your jaw
• Take a few deep breaths

Move!

• Stretch your arms/legs a bit
• Take a break from the screen for at least 30 seconds
• Get up and move around, just for a few minutes
• Sit up straight and move to a position which allows you to maintain your posture

It’s okay to break off toxic friendships. It’s okay to break off toxic relationships. You have to do what’s best for you, and can’t always worry about hurting the other person.
