♡Pumpkin Spice Latte♡
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups milk.
2 tablespoons pumpkin puree.
1 to 3 tablespoons sugar, depending on how sweet you like it
1 tablespoon vanilla extract.
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice, plus more for serving.
1/2 cup strong hot coffee.
Whipped cream, for serving.
- Instructions:
- In a saucepan add in all of your ingredients.
- Stir and bring the ingredients to a simmer.
- Take the saucepan off the heat and pour into your mug.

♡Ginger Tea♡
INGREDIENTS:
1 inch chunk of ginger, peeled and cut into thin slices
2 cups of water
Lemon juice (optional)
Honey, or brown sugar, to taste
Instructions:
1. In a small stockpot boil the ginger with water. Reduce to a simmer and steep for 5-10 minutes depending on desired strength.
2. Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice, if using, and honey or sugar to taste. Drink immediately or chill.

♡Caramel Apple Cider♡
INGREDIENTS:
~ 12 ounces apple juice (or apple cider)
~ 1 tablespoon Homemade Cinnamon Syrup
~ Fresh whipped cream (see Tips below)
~ 1 tablespoon 5-Minute, 5-Ingredient Homemade Caramel Sauce
- Instructions:
- Bring apple juice to a low simmer in a small pot set over medium heat (or warm it in the microwave). Transfer to a large mug and stir in 1 tablespoon Homemade Cinnamon Syrup (or more, to taste). Top with a generous dollop of fresh whipped cream and drizzle with 1 tablespoon Homemade Caramel Sauce. Serve warm.
- To make a large batch of apple cider in the crock pot, multiply this single recipe by your number of desired servings, keeping in mind the maximum capacity of your slow cooker. Pour the apple juice in the slow cooker and flavor it with the cinnamon syrup. Set out a chilled bowl of whipped cream, a jar of caramel sauce, and a bunch of mugs for people to dress up their drinks.

♡Pumpkin spice white hot chocolate♡
INGREDIENTS:
1.5 cups whole milk
1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
pinch of ground cloves
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
pinch sea salt
2 ounces white chocolate (roughly chopped)
DIRECTIONS:
~ In a small sauce pan over medium heat, combine milk, pumpkin and spices. Cook string constantly until just simmering.
~ Remove from heat and add chocolate ( reserve some chocolate for garnish)
~ Just before serving, top each mug with a generous mound of whipped cream, a few shavings of white chocolate, and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon.
~ Serve immediately.
