- Water
- Coconut Water
- Coconut Milk
- Almond Milk
3 Cups Ripe Fruit
- Banana

1. Blend Leafy Greens & Liquid Base together first.
2. Add Fruits and Blend Again.
Instead of using regular sugar and white eggs. Use brown sugar and brown eggs.
