We all have those days where we feel like we look glamorous and then we have those days where we feel like we woke up in a dumpster. Well here are a few simple steps to keep you looking fabulous and on fleek!

Step One: Have A Clean Out
Go through your closet, wardrobe, vanity, bathroom cabinets, shoe shelves, etc. Only keep items that are not torn/stained/damaged in any way and items that fit you. With makeup, don't keep anything that is old, cheap, or looks bad. Don't keep anything you don't like or anything that you know you won't wear. You can donate clothes that do not fit you anymore, but are still in good quality. That way, you are also helping others.

Step Two: Get The Basics
Go on a mini shopping spree to a reliable store. Buy basics such as tees, socks, underwear, etc. in basic colors. This should not be expensive.

Step Three: Get Classics
Next buy clothes that you can rely on. Not clothes that are apart of a fad. These clothes will be good quality and can last season after season.

Step Four: Make Your Wardrobe YOU
Look through fashion magazines or websites to see what the current trends are. Skinny jeans, ripped jeans, headbands, chokers? What catches your interest in the current trends? Only choose the ones that you like and that fit your style. Don't get too much though, this should be seasonal. Get a few new items every season.

Step Five: A Beauty Routine
Make sure you have a daily beauty routine that should include cleansing, toning, and moisturizing. In summer, put on a light sunscreen every day to avoid sunburn, wrinkles, freckles, discolored areas of the skin, skin cancer, and more. Shower daily to keep clean. Shave or wax regularly to avoid hair growth from other places beside you head. Keep your nails neat and clean. Use deodorant, you may feel that you don't smell bad, but others can. Pick a scent that you always wear and put it on right after you get out of the shower.

Step Six: Makeup
This may not apply to everyone, because not everyone applies makeup. For the people who do wear makeup, use a stick foundation (that fits your skin tone) to even out skin. Use mascara to brighten your eyes. To add color to your face, use natural colored lipstick for darker complexions, or blush for paler complexions.

Step Seven: Hair
You should wash and condition your hair at least 5 times a week. Blow-dry your hair after you finish washing your hair, but make sure to use heat-protection products to avoid your hair from getting damaged. Never comb your hair when it is wet, because wet hair has a higher chance of breakage and damage. Also trim your hair regularly to remove split ends.

Step Eight: Exercise
Keeping fit is an important component of look fabulous. Drink lots of water and make sure you exercise at least weekly. If you think exercise is boring, try doing fun activities such as a simple game or an exercise with your friends.

Those are the main things you need to know and do to stay fabulous. Just remember, attitude is 50% of the look!
