Every vegan person in this world knows how easy is to eat when you are vegan (obviously), so today i'm going to show you my fav vegan recipes: a little of everything and so DAMN delicious.

-1/2 cup of oat
-1/4 cup of water or vegan milk
-fruits(whatever what u want)
okay, so you have to cook the oats with water or vegan milk about 5 minutes, I recommend put some banana, because it makes a little bit sweet. Also you can put some coco or mango like this picture.

-1 cup of flour or mixed oats
-1/4 cup of vegan milk or water (it's better with vegan milk)
-coconut oil or sunflower oil
All you hado in this recipe it's mixe all the ingredients and put the mixture in the pan with a litlle bit of oil, wait, turn around and this is done, also you can put some fruit.

-cooked rice
-sesame seeds
the tofu have to pass for a pan, and you can add some lemon in the lettuce, then you have to put in order. Done.
