1) Wash your face every morning you wake up, and every night you go to bed. And I am the kind of the person who absolutely detests washing my face first thing in the morning. Yet, I’m kind of a germ-phobe, so I use the Micellar Cleansing Water from Garnier. You buy one of those puppies, and it helps you cleanse your face, and remove makeup! (Also, don't forget to buy cotton pads when you use this!)

2) I think don’t have remind you all that drinking water is key, to well, everything. It helps speed your metabolism (as well as green tea!), helps with clear skin, and also aids you in feeling more alert during the day.

3) Try washing your bed covers and sheets every week (especially your pillow cases)! This is so important, because our beds accumulate so much bacteria and can cause breakouts on our faces because of it. Besides, who doesn’t lose the smell and feel of clean bed sheets?

4) Buy a good moisturizer for your face! Your skin, whether oily or not, it still needs to be moisturized properly. The moisturizer I use is from Benefit, only the watch out, it’s kinda pricey.

5) Clean and trim your nails frequently. Push back your cuticles. If your nails are jagged and uneven, cut them as evenly as you can. Don’t bite your nails or the skin around your nails. It’s not sanitary and or beneficial for your appearance. I used to have to habit of both bit my nails and skin, How you take care of your nails can say a lot about you.

6) Do not wash your everyday. Even if your hair greased rapidly, I believe there's a hack where you can pepper baby powder to your scalp and the grease is gone! And when washing your hair, please do not apply conditioner close to your scalp! It can cause more hair loss.

7) If you're the kind of person who doesn't know how to apply makeup, or doesn't like to, curling your lashes before going out is such an easy way to make yourself good, in the simplest manner! And if your lashes are short (like mine, whoops), try applying Vaseline to them every night.

And as always, thank you for reading, dears!
