I know, I know. Easier said than done.

And it's probably not another article on WHI that is going to make it easier, but neither it is not doing anything about it.

Trust me, I know. I am working at this myself.

It's not something you do overnight, or something that comes without working. But still is something you can't give up.

Just Start.

Tell me the truth, how many times have you heard that? And how many of these times have you caught yourself thinking "yes start, but how?"? A lot, right? Well, start by the little things.

Like what? I'll tell you what I'm doing.

  • Buy a brand new dress that makes you feel like a queen. It does not have to be something really expensive, mine costed roughly £10.
  • Find an event when you can wear that dress. It really helps me when I go out and I feel comfortable with what I am wearing. And just the fact that you are going out will help, so do it often.
  • Have a little treat for yourself, but do it daily. Like, mine is having a cappucino with chocolate for breakfast.
  • Change something in your life, it can be your haircut or the color of your nail polish or the cereals you eat in the morning. Whatever you want. Don't be too impulsive though or you could regret it.
  • Make sure you consider everyday a brand new start.

These are just some tips that have worked for me. But i am not an expert so all I can share is my personal experience, and I don't know if this is going to work for you. As I said, I am not an expert, I am just a girl who is trying to figure out what to do to make her life a little better.
