Hi guys,

I'll tell you a way to do breakfast or snack with iogurt and fruit, it's very fast and simple.

So, you need a blender, and put inside:

-> A peach
-> A few blueberries
-> 4 Raspberries
-> A Soya iurgurt (or a normal iogurt, if you want)

Mix it up and put it in a bowl.
Use a little bit of each fruit to put on the top, put also a bit of granola or muesli and it's ready to eat.
