4 . Clean up and clean out.

Take a long look at your closet and the pieces of clothing you already own. Throw out what you haven’t worn within the last year or two, then you can start fresh. Overtime you can begin to rebuild and refine your wardrobe with a style that reflects where you are.

5 . Consider your lifestyle and goals.

Write down all the different places and things you've done during a given week—be it work, parties, dinners with significant others, special occasions, the gym...

Bonus if you can find pieces that cross over different categorise!

6 . Your size doesn't matter but confidence does!

Don't get stuck in that squeeze-into-the-smallest-size mindset, because a number won't make you truly confident—how you feel in your own skin does. When you feel best, you stand taller, smile wider, and people will notice.
