First than anything, starving yourself is not the way, actually you have to increase your eating, let me explain…
Food is our fuel, so the organism uses food to bring us the energy we need and obviously, the best results in our immunology system.
When you starve yourself, your body will collect fat (yes ._. ) so it can be used like the body´s fuel, and that’s when we start to get sick and weak, without any change in our weight; we are going to see ¨the results¨ once we have starved enough to run out of fat (current body fuel), and obviously, that doesn’t mean you are healthy.

The amounts of food and the right timing:

The timing, in general, is supposed to be 6 times a day, starting with a heavy breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, and a light snack, that will keep your metabolism boosting and burning fat (yes c:) to gain energy.
Also, is recommended to eat every 3 hours to keep your metabolism boosting,till you finally sleep, you will start full of energy the next morning, cause remember, food is our fuel!
But, if you are trying to lose too much weight and you are afraid to try it, then stick to the 6 meals plan, have in mind that you shouldn’t have big amounts of food in each meal since you already eat often, you´ll notice that you feel better and less hungry.

Least but definitely not less important, REST is always needed, even when you eat well, rest is not less important, have at least 7 hours of sleep and If you have a busy day ahead or if you exercise, at least 8 hours of sleep.
Don’t stress over how much weight you have to lose, because that just stress you out and believe me, you will not see the results you want, so throw away the bascule and start enjoying the losing weight trip.
Exercise at least 30 mins a day, have PATIENCE and start connecting with body, love it and appreciate it, you´ll see the results in less than you think
