Hello hearters, today I come with one more challenge. "30 days something" is getting popular here in the WHI articles, you can see my article on "30 Day of Kpop Music Challenge" here:

http://weheartit.com/articles/296659717-kpop-music-challenge-with-links

So I decided to do a "30 Day Movie Challenge" and recommend you the movies that I most like. Maybe I can have more than 30 recommendations, but it's because I do not like to follow rules ok?

I'll leave the links to Letterboxd, which is a site where you will be able to see, the synopsis, the trailer, what other people found of the movies, and more. Unfortunately I don't have the links from where to watch, but I'm sure you can see on Netflix, or on another platform.

Let's start!
  • The last movie you watched:

NIGHT FARE (2016)

movie, 2015, and night fare image

I saw a lot of good reviews about this movie, so I decided to watch it. He's a psychological suspense/terror. And it's French, which made me more willing to watch, because I can't watch an American movie, which is so cliché, instead of a foreigner. So I recommend, if you like to discover what is happening gradually, and surprising endings.

  • A favorite fantasy movie:

HARRY POTTER AND THE DEATHLY HALLOWS - PART 2 (2011)

daniel radcliffe and harry potter image

I'm addicted to Harry Potter, in a way I can't explain. I think no one who grew up seeing this saga knows. This is my favorite movie of the saga, because it is in him that we discover so many things, unimaginable (if you did not read the book), as only J.K. Rowling is able to do.

  • A favorite action/adventure movie:

THE SHALLOWS (2016)

beach, blake lively, and movie image

It was love the first trailer. When I saw the trailer for this movie, I wanted so badly to see him at that very moment, that I say it was love at first sight. The wait was totally worth it, I did not regret anything. I just love psychological terror, it makes you feel empathic with the character, and it makes your heart beat hard. And let's not talk about my love for Blakey Lively, which has been around since the Gossip Girl era.

TRAIN TO BUSAN (2016)

train to busan, train, and kdrama image

If you are keen to see a zombie movie and do not be disappointed, please watch Train To Busan. In fact, whatever Korean movie you watch, you will not be disappointed in anything. This is not a predictable movie, and that's what makes it so good, the actors are great, and the zombies are fuckers. Seriously, why do they have to be so fast???

  • A favorite romance movie:

FLIPPED (2010)

flipped, movie, and callan mcauliffe image

I never wanted to have a beautiful neighbor so much, and to fall in love with him, and him for me. And we would plant a tree in the yard together. And it would be lovely. I do not know how many times I've seen this movie, but I do not have enough fingers to tell. This is the kind of movie that could have millions, more interesting than you have yet to see, but you will prefer to revisit this one.

  • Your favorite movie about time travel:

ABOUT TIME (2013)

couple and love image

I love stories about time travel, and I have to admit that this did not call me much attention at first. But after the movie unfolded, I found myself stuck in that movie. It really is very beautiful the love of them, and the message that this film brings. That in the end everything happens for a reason, and you can not change that.

I loved this movie so much that I edited some photos, you can see them in my collection: Scenes. (http://weheartit.com/clara_potter/collections/127707604-x-scenes-x?page=3&before=292752213)

THE BEAUTY INSIDE (2015)

kiss, korean movie, and beauty inside image

Any and every Asian movie become my favorite so you can imagine just how difficult it was to choose just one. But why did I choose this one? I can not imagine how many actors were used in this movie, to make one character, yes, I said ONE! The story is incredible, and very well told. It unfolds in a totally imperceptible way, really very good.

  • Your favorite Brazilian movie:

TWO SONS OF FRANCISCO (2005)

You can know the biography for, the film of One Direction, or the one of Justin Bieber. But here in Brasil, biography is "Two son of Francisco". The story of the two greatest couuntry singers in Brasil, is so fascinating and sad, I tell you, if you can find this movie with legend in your language, watch. It was with this movie that I realized that the world is not so good.

  • A movie that makes you happy :

LITTLE MISS SUNSHINE (2006)

little miss sunshine, dance, and funny image

How can a movie be so right and so wrong at the same time? I lost count of how many times in my childhood I saw this movie. I do not even know why I like this movie so much, it's so meaningless, and full of learning.

  • A movie that makes you sad:

THE BOY IN THE STRIPED PYJAMAS (2008)

movie and film image

I felt so bad after seeing the movie, that I never had the courage to read the book. It's so sad, and the worst is that it's so real. I do not know if it is based on a real story, but the holocaust is. Unfortunately. And it makes it worse, and you feel guilty for being alive.

  • A movie that you know practically the whole script of:

27 DRESSES

comedy, James Marsden, and katherine heigl image

Katherine Heigl, is beautiful, incredible, a great actress, perfect, and totally hot. Just to have her name cast in the movie, I watch. Nothing she does is bad, let alone this movie. How can anyone live like this? Being so often a maid of honor... I don't think she ever got a boyfriend, because she kept going to her friends' weddings.

I wanted to thank the producers of this film for being so faithful to the book. I almost cried when I the fidelity of this film with the book, is one of the first movies based and book that I totally adored. If you read the book, you can go and watch this movie, which is great, and if you did not read it, go there too, my friend.

COLLATERAL BEAUTY (2016)

will smith, collateral beauty, and movie image

This movie is wonderful in every way! I was a long time without seeing any movie, and come back and see soon this is low blow. This movie got me right, with reflexive phrases, metaphors, wonderful life lessons. The picture and the soundtrack are amazing. Will Smith proved himself - again - a great actor, who can make you feel empathy throughout the film. Collateral Beauty, is a film that makes you rethink about your life and how you are living it. I highly recommend to you that you are going through a bad time, or know someone who is going through a bad time, I'm sure this movie will make you see the hidden beauty of life.

  • The best movie you saw during the last year:

ME BEFORE YOU (2016)

me before you, movie, and emilia clarke image

Incredible, wonderful, faithful to the book. This movie is so beautiful, in so many ways. I just hope they do not do a continuation, like in the book, because I'm sure it's going to suck.

  • A movie that disappointed you the most:

FALLEN (2017)

WHAT A GREAT SHIT! I only managed to watch until the end because I was jumping the movie. But everything about him was a big joke. The way they destroyed the story was what struck me the most, how could a movie go on the show, looking like they did not finish the issue? The actors are terrible, the way the story is told is terrible, as they tried to pack the two books into one, it was the one that hurt the most. Honestly do not watch, you're not going to be missing out on anything, Fallen fans just get your imagination, do not see that big piece of shit that the movie industry did. Go for me and do not see it. If I could withdraw my memories like Dumbledore, I would do it right now.

I love her.
  • You hoped it was good:

NERVE (2016)

nerve, emma roberts, and dave franco image

Emma Roberts and Dave Franco are a perfect couple in this movie! Nerve is a completely competent and slightly clichéd thriller. If you're a fan of these films the moment talking about the dangers of the virtual world, this film is perfect for you. The film unfolds in a very predictable way, but Henry Joost and Ariel Schulman directors do all this so competently that it is possible to forget the small holes of the script, signed by jessica sharzer, from a novel by Jeanne Ryan .
What film holds - and it's nothing new - it is that on the Internet people hide behind a fake profile, an illusory security that will never be discovered, and are able to speak (or even make) the greatest atrocities, that "in real life" would not dare. Anyway, there is nothing new in the moral lesson or comment that "Nerve" is about the contemporary world. On the other hand, all this is delivered in a package so frantically competent it is impossible not to get involved in the long and forget your truisms.

  • You didn't expect it to be good:

THE THINNING (2016)

The storyline didn't exactly seem logical (a better society is built on people good at math?) and the whole movie felt young... the ending was pretty boring minus the last scene. The trailer was much better than the movie.

  • A favorite character from any movie:

'Ginger' FROM GINGER & ROSA (2012)

Elle Fanning, girl, and ginger image

I think it's amazing how strong Fanning's performance is in this movie. She is so strong, even going through so much

  • A movie that is a guilty pleasure: SWISS ARMY MAN (2016)
daniel radcliffe, film, and movie image

I think this is a wonderful and full of metaphors film that makes you think and you takes your comfort zone. I suspect to say this because I am a big fan of Daniel Radcliffe, but this was another of the wonderful work he did, he shows increasingly be a great actor who can jump from character to character, from comedy to drama. If you watch this movie and comment that is horrible, disgusting, or that this Daniel was buried in this kind of film, it's because you can not think outside the box. Be open-minded and watch this movie, I'm sure that in the end, if you're smart, you'll understand the proposal.

  • A favorite classic movie:

BREAKFAST AT TIFFANY'S (1961)

Breakfast at Tiffany's, audrey hepburn, and tiffany image

You can’t explain love. You can’t explain what attracts you. It just happens. Love is only perfect in fairy tales, in real life, its imperfect, much like Breakfast at Tiffany’s.

https://letterboxd.com/film/breakfast-at-tiffanys/

THE BREAKFAST CLUB (1985)

The Breakfast Club, classic, and movie image

One of my favorite movies of all time. The characters are so different yet they can all relate to each other in one way or another. The names given to the characters - 'The Criminal' or 'The Princess' - are so typical, but, as the movie progresses, you can see how complex the characters really are. Also, the colors used are beautiful

  • A favorite friendship in a movie:

'Rosie & Alex FROM LOVE, ROSIE (2014)

I wanted both their friendship so much, I did not need the romance, let alone the child. But having a friend, man, so to be able to tell, must be very cool.

DEAD AWAKE (2016)

I don't know why I expected much from this movie, nowadays horror movies are increasingly predictable.
