Great things to have for breakfast.

- Oatmeal.

• Maybe add brown sugar and a few berries.

- Cereal.

• Add a bit of extra fruit.

- Yogurt.

• Add grains, cookie crumbs, or fruit.

- Bacon, Eggs, and Susage biscuit.

• Instead of going all the way to McDonalds make this yourself and if you have school or work wake up and hour early then you normally do or cook it at night and prepare it in the morning.

- Flapjacks. (pancakes)

• Add syrup, whipped cream, or maybe fruit.

  • Add Nutella, fruit, or peanut butter. Or be original add jelly.

- Muffins.
- Sprinkle a little sugar on top (brown is better), extra fruit, and maybe whipped cream.
