I bet at some point in our lives we've all been confused about our existence to the point where we let anything and everything get to us and we feel the need to act or even look like someone else (friends,celebs,...) anyone but yourself.
Which creates so many difficulties in your life and leads to self-destruction and makes it way too hard for you to love yourself.
Here are few tips that may help you get though this tough time without causing yourself so much harm :

1. First thing first you have to learn how to love yourself and accept yourself for who you are. Don't compare yourself to others instead learn to appreciate their beauty without destroying yours. Each and every individual is beautiful in their own way never forget that.

2. Take some time off and enjoy your own company it'll help more than you'll know. You'll slowly learn a lot about yourself and who you are and it will help you create your own personality.

3. It's totally okay to be inspired by others but remember that you're cool as well, you don't need to look exactly like that person.

4. Surround yourself with people that make you good about yourself you don't need any kind of negativity whatsoever. Be around people that are nothing but nice to you and treat you the way you deserve to be treated.

5. Learn to compliment others you might make someone's day and that'll make you feel so good about yourself and it will lift your mood. Kindness is never goes to waste.
