Hi, here are some tips for beginners so you don´t feel like you wanna quit right away.
First of all you must want this and do it for yourself because no a lot of people will be by your side supporting you.

1.Start by doing little exercises like walking 15 min. or maybe jump rope that´s a really fun workout
2.Before every meal you can drink a glass of water that will make you feel full and you won´t eat a lot ,remember small portions are the key.
3.Change the size of your plate the bigger it is the most you want to look with lots of food so change it for a small one and it will look like it already has a lot of it.
4.Try to eat 5 times a day and have snacks like a fruit or almonds.
5.Change your workouts so you don´t get sick of doing the same ones and try to do 5 more as the day passes by.
6.DRINK LOTS OF WATER
