A few years ago I came to a point where I felt I had to do something for my future, I investigated a lot and nothing gave me a concrete answer of what I should do, I developed a small system, which is a mixture of all that research I did, and is, what has worked for me.

Start by asking yourself these questions:

1.- What do you want to achieve?
2.- What skills do you need to achieve those goals? For example, if you want to be a dancer you need flexibility, strength, among other things.

Take all the time you need to define this, and write it down.

Then write down what you have to do to get those skills. If you do not know, Google it or ask someone who already has those skills. For example, if you want to learn to play the piano, you could put on this list: go to piano lessons 3 times a week, practice 1 hour a day (it's just an example)

Create a schedule that fits into your daily routine and what you want to achieve. Accommodate the activities you are going to perform by day, time or duration.

Finally, accomplish your schedule and achieve those skills you dream so much.
