I'm Gloria, a 20 years girl who has decided to make some changes in her life and get fit, and i thought that sharing the things that i'm doing to reach my goals would be a good idea, maybe because it makes me feel like i'm not doing this alone.

I'll try to post things like "what i'm eating, exercises and others..", and I'll be posting probably every day if I'm not really busy (i'm a student).

I need to tell you guys that I don't speak English(I live in Italy) so I'm really sorry if there are some mistakes.
