You might know that all you need to do is write your article and publish, but here are some neat tricks to make your articles look even better!

Images

Links for any Whi image page are replaced by that image, look:

Image removed
Writing something right after the image link, without an extra line between, will turn it into a caption.

Now, are you ready for something truly neat? Try a few of those links in sequence, they turn into a grid:

fashion, black and white, and vintage image article and love hurts image home image girl, hair, and sufinkusu image
And you can add a caption to the grid too!

Collections

Collection links are also replaced by a preview of that collection:

Captions work for collections as well!

Titles 👈

Did you notice the different titles on this article? Just write "# Your title" on the beginning of a new line.

Text Formatting

Use *bold* and _italic_ to make parts of your text bold or italic.

Quote

Starting lines with > (greater than) changes how they look so you can make quotes or use for emphasis:

Where are my cookies?
— Cookie Monster

Lists

Starting lines with . (dot) or * (asterisk) makes a list:

  • One
  • Two
  • Three

Links

#hashtag and @mentions are converted into Whi links automatically.

And finally, any regular link becomes clickable, like this: http://google.com

That's all for now!

Put your new learnings into practice, go write something nice! 😄
