Since you're here, i guess that like me, you want to be healthier, get in better shape, build muscles or just need some inspiration.

My name is Nickie and I'm 19 years old. I currently live in England as an Au pair, which has giving me lots of time focusing on my health. Since I was 14 health have had an huge inpact on my life. I've been through it all, from diets, to musclebuiling, lots of cardio, weightlifting and so on. Through the years I've changed my goals many times, from wanting to be really thin, to be muscular and now my goal is to be healthy both mental and physcal.
