Tomorrow I will be stepping way out of my comfort zone and I'll be traveling alone to Denmark. I have anxiety and I'm deathly afraid of flying. So, I was thinking of ways to calm myself and decided to write an article to help others as well.

Music

Music is always calming and helps a lot in any situation. Choose music that makes you feel good, your personal favourites.

Reading

Magazines, books, etc.

Sleeping

If you can sleep, that's another good option. I'll be flying in the morning, so I'm tired enough to maybe fall asleep.

Snacks

Food helps every time. Always.

Positivity

If you think that everything is going to be fine and there's nothing to worry about, most likely that will help. And remember to breathe.

Here are couple ways to relax during a flight, works for me most of the time. I hope this helps anyone at all. xx
