Hey guys! I know everybody have their stressful moments, but don't worry because I provided tips for you guys to deal with stress because we all know stress is pain in the butt and they cause problems especially health problems, so here it is

  • Cook or bake your favorite food
  • Avoid negative people
  • Read a poem
  • Watch animal videos
  • Get a massage
  • Pamper yourself
  • Always think positive
  • Take time to be alone and enjoy it
  • Doodle
  • Take a bath or shower
  • Drink wine
  • Take one thing at a time
  • Make a plan
