-No Phone: It's nice to wake up and not instantly look at your phone. Take time to actually wake up and have peace with yourself and mind. Take time for yourself, technology and social media can wait for later. Plus it helps with not being so attached to your phone.

- Make Bed: This is something I decided I wanted to do everyday and it was one of the best decisions ever. I honestly cannot leave my bedroom without making my bed first. I love the feeling of coming home after a long day of work and school and see a wonderfully made bed I can relax in. Making your bed in the morning also means completing the first task of the day. Making my bed helps with my productivity in the morning.

- Stretch/exercise: After making my bed, I like to stretch and then get into my workout. Exercising in the morning helps me stay energized and productive throughout the day. I think it's also simply good for the body and mind. It's healthy. Sometimes stretching alone is just fine. You don't have to do a full on workout.

- Breakfast: Eat a healthy breakfast (I'm sure we all have an idea of what that would look like) and make sure to drink water. In my case it's usually tea, because tea is life! :)

- Take morning/evening walks: I usually take morning walks during the weekends since I don't work. Morning walks are nice because I get some outdoor time and fresh air. I don't like the idea of spending my time indoors all day. Morning walks also helps me clear my mind and gives me time to think and plan out my day.
