I remember when I was a teenager. Those were the good old days. I'm aware that a lot of the girlies attending the Boss Boo University are younger and are searching for independence. Since Girl Boss Elle has been there and done that, I'm here to give you the scoop!

1.Act accordingly
If you act like a child, your parents will treat you like one. Simple.

2.Take care of your responsibilities at home
When you're itching to go to that party on Friday, be sure that your homework and any other responsibilities are taken care of before your foot's out the door.

3.Put effort into your education
Now, I have some pretty radical views in terms of what education and high school really means. However, you're in a delicate but crucial chapter in your life right now. Make time for all things knowledge for your sake. Please.

4.Help your parents out
Be eager to help them when you can. Do things that aren't required of you from the heart. They'll love you for it.

5.If you get an allowance or have a job, be responsible with your coins!

Overall, the goal is to demonstrate that you know what you're doing and that you're able to make logical decisions on your own. Hope this helps!
