Hey there! Lately I haven´t been really happy with myself. I don´t feel pretty,
I´m not kind to people or grateful for having them in my life, I´m not getting good grades, etc. So I´m posting my own Glow Up version and maybe it will help you if you´re feeling the same way.

Here we go:
1) Don´t surround yourself with people who don´t make you feel beautiful or happy. ❌
2) Drink a lot of water.💦
3) Exercise at least 3 days a week. 💪
4) Sleep at least 8 hours. 💤
5) Write everyday 5 things your´re grateful for. 🍀
6) Do things that make you happy. 😏
7) Eat less junk food. 🍟
8) Focus on studying 2 hours or more a day. 📚
9) Wash your face 3 times a day. 💧
10) Exfoliate 2 days week. 👩
11) Use your phone less and read more. 📱
12) Don´t care about what others think. 😎
13) Love your flaws and things that make you, you. 😍
14) Listen to music that makes you happy. 🎶
15) Make sure you learn something new everyday. ✔️
16) Don´t be afraid to express your opinions. 💬
17) Wear whatever that makes you feel good. 👠
18) Solve your questions. 🤔
19) Be patient. ⌚️
20) Be kind. ❤️
21) Know that a new day is a new opportunity. 💎
22) Be positive. 💁
23) Always be there for someone, but don´t forget about yourself! 👫
24) Celebrate life in your own way. 🎊
25) Don´t worry about the future, embrace the present and the fact that you have your eyes open to see it. ⬇
26) Dance without worries, and know that even though I can´t see you I know you´re slaying! 💃
27) Walk confidently. 🐘

29) Go to sleep with a dream and wake up with a purpose.😤
30) Take care of nature. 🌿
31) Every morning look at yourself in the mirror and say 5 things you like about yourself. 💕
32) It´s ok if you want to change your appearance, if you like it that´s what matters. 👍

34) Watch something that makes you happy for being alive. 🌅
35) Don´t be afraid to be different. 😜
