We all know it's a bit (so) hard to get out of bed every single morning, and it may ruin our hole day. So here are some ways to start your day and have a better morning !
Number one

Don't hit snooze

Hydrate
You can add lemon, cucumber or strawberry slices for better taste and hydration.

Don't touch your phone
Do more things that make you forget to check your phone.
Number four

Focus on today
Plan out the day, take your agenda and write down what you're going to do. A goal without a plan is just a wish.

Don't turn on the light
Get some natural light and some fresh air.

Stretch
Some stretches and splits will never hurt.

Make your bed
